Apk56 Terms & Conditions — Complete User Agreement

1 Definitions & Applicability

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between apk56 ("we", "us", "Platform") and you ("User", "Member"). By accessing or using apk56's website, mobile app, or any of our services, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Apk56 supports deposits and withdrawals via Bangladesh's most popular mobile banking services. All financial transactions are processed through secure, encrypted channels.

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• The payment method used for deposits does not have to match the method used for withdrawals.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Apk56 reserves the right to hold any payment where there is suspicion of fraudulent transactions or money laundering.
• Sending or receiving payments through third-party accounts is strictly prohibited.

4 Betting Rules

All betting activity is governed by apk56's Terms & Conditions. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, so please review all details carefully before placing a bet.

• Bets placed before an odds change will be settled at the original odds.
• If an event is abandoned or postponed, stakes will be refunded.
• Apk56 reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• Coordinated betting (arbitrage) across multiple accounts on the same event is strictly prohibited.
• Apk56 is not liable for bets voided due to internet latency during live betting.
• Maximum payout limits are set individually for each betting market.

Apk56 reserves the right to adjust maximum bet limits at any time. Different limits may apply to high-volume or professional bettors. If match manipulation is detected on any bet, that bet will be voided and the account suspended.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

• The welcome bonus is available to new members making their first deposit only.
• A wagering requirement of 5x–20x typically applies before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Claiming multiple bonuses from the same IP address or device is prohibited.
• Completing the wagering requirement is mandatory to convert bonus winnings into real money.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days — once expired, they are automatically forfeited.
• Apk56 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited under apk56's terms and conditions. Violations may result in permanent account closure and full balance forfeiture.

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Using software or bots to manipulate or exploit the betting system.
• Using the platform to launder money or conceal the source of illegal funds.
• Participating in match fixing or sports corruption.
• Stealing or unauthorized use of another member's account credentials.
• Attempting to hack or carry out a cyber attack on apk56's systems.
• Arbitrage Betting — exploiting odds differences across platforms to guarantee a profit.

Apk56 reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account while investigating suspicious activity. Withdrawals of account balances may not be available during an ongoing investigation.

7 Account Suspension & Closure Policy

Apk56 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these terms is violated.
• Registering with false information.
• If KYC verification fails or supporting documents are refused.
• If evidence of suspicious financial transactions or fraud is found.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).

You may also request account closure at any time through our support team. Any real money balance will be refunded upon closure, but bonus balances will be forfeited.

8 Responsible Betting
